What's up, Achievers?! It's been a minute! In this episode, we explain why we took a brief hiatus as well as why we decided to lease a dedicated podcast/video studio. We apologize in advance for some of our audio issues - it'll get better! We just need to get used to the acoustics of the space and possibly pick up some new equipment. In the first question, we go over how to train your core if you have diastasis recti (4:21) Next, we go over some tips on how to improve your pull-up game (19:32).
