Show Notes

What's up, Achievers?! Hope you all are doing well! In the first question of this episode we went over how many times you should squat per week if you want to get stronger (2:22). We also went over what to do if you feel as though your wrists want to bend backwards while squatting (7:35). Next, we went over whether or not we think people should try out intermittent fasting (11:24). Lastly, we talked about how to make training more flexible and fun while still managing to be structured (21:41). We hope you enjoyed this episode! If you did, we’d love you forever if you left a rating and review on iTunes - it seriously helps us out a lot! Please DM us @achievefitnessboston on Instagram if you have any questions you’d like us to answer. Until next time, Peace, Love, and Muscles! Jason and Lauren
