What's up, Achievers?! In this episode, we discuss moving away from a weight loss mindset and shifting to more of a building strength/building muscle mindset. Lauren opens the show up with some of her personal story and struggles with body dysmorphia and then we transition to talking about the potential "cons" of having a weight loss mindset while discussing the "pros" of adopting more of a building strength mindset.
