Show Notes

What's up, Achievers?! In this episode we take a deep dive into all things back pain! We go over breathing drills, mobility drills, low level core exercises, as well as high level performance exercises, and what considerations you should be making if you have back pain. We hope these tips help to mitigate some of the issues you might be facing! As always, we recommend seeing a PT or Chiro to make sure there isn't a more severe underlying reason causing the pain. Until next time, Peace, Love, and Muscles!
