What's up, Achievers?! In this episode, we answer some questions from the comments section of an Instagram post we made called "Target Your Glutes with These 6 Exercises" and our answer really applies for any of our posts that involve multiple exercises that target a specific muscle group. We went into detail on how you can put together a workout based on the exercises we chose as well as how often to switch up your routine (1:46)!
