What's up, Achievers?! In this episode, we answer some questions from the comments section of an Instagram post we made called "Target Your Glutes with These 6 Exercises" and our answer really applies for any of our posts that involve multiple exercises that target a specific muscle group. We went into detail on how you can put together a workout based on the exercises we chose as well as how often to switch up your routine (1:46)! We also talked about what the ideal hip position for back squats are as well as how to optimally brace your core during them if you're experiencing some lower back discomfort (6:08).
