What's up, Achievers?! Sorry for the delay in podcasts - we had a crazy couple weeks and we are now back on track! This format is a little different today - instead of taking a deep dive into 3-4 questions, we decided to answer 10-15 questions in a more "rapid fire" way. This was inspired by Instagram and a new Q+A update they had for IG Stories. We cover everything from our personal fitness backgrounds, Lauren's due date, advice on deadlifts, our thoughts on internet marketing, our standpoint on "diets" and nutrition plans, our advice for aspiring coaches, and a whole lot more!
