We then covered what Distasis Recti is, and how to train your core throughout and after your pregnancy (13:28). Lastly, we dive into a particular struggle someone had with a bit of a plateau type of situation with their weight loss. We discuss some strategies that have worked well with our members, and dive a little bit deeper into the psychology of attemping to gain lean muscle rather than purely trying to lose weight.
