What's up, Achievers?! Slightly longer episode for you all today to make up for the shorter one on Monday. This one dives deep into a wide spectrum of questions - definitely check it out! In our introduction, we discuss how coaches should put themselves out there and podcast if they've been thinking about it! After that, we talk about how to optimally approach your core training so that you don't tax your neck muscles (6:13). We then covered what Distasis Recti is, and how to train your core throughout and after your pregnancy (13:28). Lastly, we dive into a particular struggle someone had with a bit of a plateau type of situation with their weight loss. We discuss some strategies that have worked well with our members, and dive a little bit deeper into the psychology of attemping to gain lean muscle rather than purely trying to lose weight.
